Hello, I am Mr Lalpurwal and during my previous work experience, I managed a convenience store for several years. My main responsibilities included providing excellent customer service, ensuring sales targets were met, and overseeing daily operations. During this time, I acquired valuable skills in areas such as implementing competitive pricing strategies, creating a welcoming shopping environment, and learning the importance of adaptability and customer satisfaction which were both crucial for the business's success.

I am originally from London, however, I have expanded my business and now own two shops in Oxfordshire.
